Precious Room Therapies is dedicated to complementary therapies and holistic healthcare offering Reflexology and Massage Therapy at our home in Stapleford, Nottingham. The business is owned by two sisters with a passion for helping others to help themselves. Life seems to be surrounded by stress and tension and mental health issues are on the rise rapidly. Everything seems like it is always so fast paced and we often forget to take the time out that we need to listen to our own bodies. At Precious Room Therapies we aim to give you that time of relaxation that your body is crying out for, in order to place yourself in the optimum state of wellness that we so often are too busy to achieve.
Meet the Therapists
Abigail is the Reflexologist at Precious Room Therapies. Qualified in May 2015, she has a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. She finds the theory of reflexology fascinating, and is a great believer in the holistic and natural healing process which is the basis of complementary therapies. Abigail has a calm, caring and gentle nature, and two aspects which are very important to her are health and wellbeing. Therefore, she finds it a valuable and rewarding experience helping others to improve their wellbeing through natural therapies. Abigail
Miriam is the Massage Therapist at Precious Room Therapies. Qualified in July 2019 with a level 3 Diploma in Body Massage, she has a passion for holistic remedies, complementary therapies and well-being. Having previously worked in fast paced retail environments Miriam was seeking a career change into something more calming and health focussed. Little did she know that by four weeks into her training she would be entering an industry which was far more exciting, relaxing and motivating than she could have ever imagined!
Miriam's passion for complementary therapies does not stop at massage therapy! She hopes to continue to train in a variety of different therapies and will soon be offering a wider menu of holistic treats for mind and body at Precious Room Therapies... so watch this space!
